Terms & Conditions
Purchase of tickets and entry to Starlight Cinema is on the basis of the following terms:
- Admission is by proof of purchase, valid ticket or authorised Starlight Cinema pass.
- You must be the credit card holder to book online.
- You must bring your e-ticket booking confirmation to gain entry to the venue.
- Please note the film rating and conditions of entry detailed for your selected film on our website www.starlightcinema.com.au
- Starlight Cinema reserves the right to refuse entry to the Starlight Cinema venue.
- Dogs and any other pets are not allowed at the venue.
- Starlight Cinema reserves the right to vary advertised films and starting times.
- North Sydney Oval is fully licensed. There is strictly NO BYO alcohol or glassware permitted.
- Starlight Cinema is an all weather event with undercover seating. Bring something warm and some rain protection in inclement weather.
- Seating is non-reserved and at the discretion of Starlight Cinema management.
- No refunds will be provided on unused Starlight Cinema tickets.
- All tickets and passes are valid for the 2009 season only.
- Sound recording equipment and video or movie cameras and mobile phone video cameras are not permitted.
Subject to a ticket holder’s rights under applicable laws where liability may not be excluded, restricted or modified, Starlight Cinema, the ticketing company or the venue are not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of attendance at Starlight Cinema and disclaim the existence of any common law duty of care to any ticket holder.
