ME Online Savings Account
1. Prize is ME Online Savings Account with $1,000. 2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who purchase a Season Pass (10 Tickets) or book a group of 10+ people at ME Bank Starlight Cinema. 3. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. 4. The draw for the winner will take place on Tuesday 8 March 2011 at 2:00pm (EDT) at 470 Sydney Road, Balgowlah NSW 2093. 5. The promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. 6. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 7. Employees and their immediate families of High As A Keyte, ME Bank and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible. 8. The winner will be notified by email or telephone and will be published on the ME Bank Starlight Cinema website on 8 March 2011. 9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 10. The competition commences on Tuesday 7 December 2010 and concludes on Saturday 5 March 2010 at 6.00pm. 11. All entries become the property of the promoter. 12. The RRP value of the prize is $1000. 13. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 14.
