Hunter Valley Getaway
1. Prize is Hunter Valley Getaway – 3 night stay for two in a Spa King Room including full breakfast daily, spa treatments to value of $200, 1 round of golf for 2 guests on The Vintage Golf Course, Lunch at Hungerford Hill’s Muse Restaurant plus a private wine tasting. 2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. 3. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. 4. The draw for the winner will take place on Tuesday 23 March 2010 at 2:00pm (EDT) at 470 Sydney Road, Balgowlah NSW 2093. 5. The promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. 6. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 7. Employees and their immediate families of High As A Keyte, Chateau Elan, The Vintage, Hungerford Hill Wines and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible. 8. The winner will be notified by email or telephone and will be published on the ME Bank Starlight Cinema website on 23 March 2010. 9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 10. High As A Keyte, their agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit. 11. The competition commences on Tuesday 15 December 2009 and concludes on Saturday 20 March 2010 at 8.00pm. 12. All entries become the property of the promoter. 13. The RRP value of the prize is $1600. 14. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 15.
