Footprints is a group of residents who accepted a challenge to reduce their ecological footprint. They are aged between 25 and 40 and reside in the lower north shore. This group have a proportionally higher demographic representation and are less often reached by local sustainability programmes because of busy lifestyles.
The programme focuses on core sustainability issues of waste, water and energy. Participants are supported by social networking events, email and internet resources to help them integrate sustainable changes into their lifestyle.
