Cancellation Policy
ME Bank Starlight Cinema is an outdoor event and is subject to weather conditions. Patrons accept the risk that rain may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless a screening is cancelled by Starlight Cinema. In the event that a screening is cancelled, when possible, pre-booked patrons will be advised by email or SMS. Advice of the cancellation will also be posted on the Starlight Cinema Home Page. Patrons will be refunded when a screening is cancelled.
